The technical parameters that matter are consistent across both: extrusion alloy 6063-T5 (T6 for structural members), a minimum frame wall thickness of 1.2 mm for residential and 1.4 mm for commercial per SBC 601, and powder coating applied to AAMA 2604 with a film thickness of 60–80 microns.
